Role: Operations Lead COO.
Role Mission: Teammates challenge to outperform stretched OKRs as a thousand champion newcomers are onboarded with transparent up to date roles checklists and OKRs performance.


  • Transparency : Each teammate has a mission and real time main number on zoom background.
  • OKRs Meritocracy : Bonuses are real-time calculated from OKRs and shown on Role pages.
  • OKRs reviews: Make control reporting system for company quarterly retro both quality of OKRs and correctness of calculations.
  • Checklists Rated : Teammates do critical tasks timely as highlighted by checklists, which are realtime scored, updated and approved by supervisors, newcomers and bar raisers.
  • Critical Tasks : Critical tasks are defined for each teammate, monitored and reacted if failed.
  • Feedback Tickets : All teammates suggest updates to their Checklists and Roles, and they are all reviewed and resolved by 2 supervisors.
  • Reshuffle : Reshuffle teammates to execute others roles with checklists, so they rate if checklists are grandma clear.
  • Role Ratings : Each role is formed jointly by the role owner, supervisor, HRBP, and teammates from other departments in the right time frame and quality, and then is rated by barrazers above "4+".
  • Raise Bar : Do case interviews and give 360-Performance feedback to ensure each sportsman beat records to get a slot in the olympic team next season.
  • Onboarding : Newcomers are educated and tested with media-rich tests generated from Roles Mission, OKRs, Functions and Tasks.
  • Platform : Teammates and supervisors have their roles and checklists to manage at fingertips.
  • Workshops : Keep Roles evolving with structuring and Role tickets resolution workshops.
  • Improve newcomers efficiency: Newcomers are ready to complete most of the tasks from checklist on the 5th day without distracting their colleagues. Newcomers are tested with media-rich tests generated from Roles Mission, OKRs, Functions and Tasks.

Requirement skills and experience:

  • Has outstanding hands-on achievements in the process optimization.
  • Demand highest standards for clear and MICE defined roles and OKRs.
  • Process structuring experience 2+ years: BPMN, CRM, ERP development.
  • Creative robust problem solver capable to grow to a product manager or COO.Proficient in MySQL or Python to have analytics at fingertips.
  • Well articulated and can discipline teammates to articulate their roles.

  • Experience in Big 3 is a plus.
  • Do not tolerate lack of logic or mess.

  • Finalist of a regional olympiad or MIPT, MIEF, VMK, NES graduate - advantage.
  • Fluent English ur advanced.
