SDVentures HR team is growing rapidly and looking for a Social Responsibility HR Manager who will be recruiting candidates through various sources as well as developing a strategy to attract refugees to the company.

We know the success of an IT company mostly depends on a team of professionals, so we're looking for you to help us to make the team stronger and more diverse!

We expect from you:

2 years of inhouse recruiting experience in IT/digital company;
Experienced user of remote work tools (G Suite, Slack, etc)
High level of empathy, the ability to reach an understanding with people of different views
Fluent Ukrainian and English.

Your tasks will be:

Create an environment for refugees from Ukraine (and other regions) to be hired and adapted to the company.
Elaborate a program of necessary support for refugees (e.g. legalization, payment for housing to some extent, tuition) and coordinate relevant departments to provide necessary support to refugees.
Provide a full cycle of information support on the assistance program, keep up to date on all news on benefits and opportunities.
Create and implement ideas to attract candidates from different locations.
