We’re looking for a Consumer Product Marketing Manager (fixed term contract) with focus on UX Copywriting and Editing, Content Strategy skills.
Whom do we need?
You are an expert. You complement the team with your unique customer-centric UX copywriting and editing skills, backed up with research and insights, aligned with business reasoning, goals and metrics.
You are a consolidator. You oversee the high-level vision as a content strategist and deep-dive in the everyday routine needed to implement it at each single microcopy line as a UX editor. You inspire the unified UX texts creation across the Kaspersky B2C portfolio, including apps on multiple platforms, web, account, emails and push-notifications.
You are the driving force. Apart from being a valuable expert your role requires a fair piece of project management and leadership skills. To implement your strategies, you will need to initiate and justify researches to investigate issues and find solutions, submit requirements within the dedicated processes and formats, consolidate visions and priorities across teams, keeping up with the development cycle timelines. To contribute in the UX and texts you will be collecting briefs and insights, define and communicate the vision across Product Marketing, Product Management, UX, Writing and various research, data, tech and legal experts, take part in the process of UX creation and approve the results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product marketing communication strategy for B2C portfolio in product UX, focusing on the customer and business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like UX designers, Technical writers and Localization Managers, Researchers, Product managers, Product marketers, Analysts and Engineers to ensure timely delivery of effective communications through the apps.
- Initiate improvements, write, edit and approve content including Windows, Mobile, Web interfaces and Email & Push messages and other content.
- Help apply and maintain consistency with content standards.
- Deliver high quality content on brief and on time while working independently.
- Represent the Consumer Product Marketing team in cross-functional teams and meetings as a business communication expert.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience writing B2C for marketing communications, UX copywriting, content strategy or a related field.
- Strategic thinker with strong copywriting skills and experience developing content.
- User-focused: always keeping the audience in mind and able to request and back up statements with data.
- Product-driven: strong understanding of product, tech and platform.
- Experience of presenting, explaining and validating hypotheses for maximum impact.
- Ability to multi-task and take the lead on several projects simultaneously.
- Ability to keep things simple and to the point. Translating complex concepts into easy to understand materials is essential.
