HR Business Partner plays a vital role in advising the business on human resources and employee relations issues for the business ensuring legislation is adhered to and that personnel are used in the most effective manner for both the company and the employee.
Key responsibilities:
  • Supporting and updating a business unit on all employee relations matters
  • Сontributing to a multitude of HR activities and drive business performance
  • Leading the operational function within the HR team
  • Providing HR advice and supporting to managers and staff on a wide range of strategic and operational Human Resources issues
  • Providing advise to managers and staff on issues of employment legislation
  • Responsibility for dealing with any tribunal claims that arise
  • Being a key part of the HR team and working across the business disciplines to lead and influence change at a strategic level across the business
Key requirements: 
  • HR Generalist experience 5+ years
  • Knowledge of HR systems and approaches
  • Practical knowledge of the Labor legislation
  • Excellent consultative and communication skills
  • Business acumen
  • Fluent English is a must
