Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead HR projects (grading, motivation, team buildings, corporate events, post-merger staff adaptation, HR processes automation)
  • Develop compensation and benefits system, benchmark salaries to the market, define appropriate level of remuneration according to the positions and grades
  • Develop and lead training programs, coach managers on people management issues
  • Redesign and ongoing improvement of HR processes – staff selection and recruitment, induction, administration, performance evaluation, assessment and firing
  • Ensure compliance to labor regulations and reporting to labor authorities
  • Act as the key bearer and promoter of corporate culture, values and standards of conduct – monitor internal climate and loyalty to the Company, drive improvement incentives, streamline internal PR and communications
  • Improve and supervise internal business support function (travel coordination, secretaries, courier, meetings and conference facilities, docs flow, other administrative support tasks)
  • Supervise and improve office management function – control appropriate condition of office space and facilities, manager relations with landlord
  • Build HR brand on the labor market

Personal profile:

  • Mature, charismatic, sociable person
  • Broadminded, well-educated, with multicultural experience
  • Ability to generate ideas and deliver solutions
  • Experience with “western type” Company, experience within fast changing environment
  • Good understanding how businesses operate
  • Administrative experience is a strong plus
  • Fluent English.
