CORE.XP -the full-service real estate services company -is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager for fit-out projects.

Responsibilities:

• General management of construction projects;
• Study structure of projects and documentation to follow up on all issues;
• Participate in meetings, write minutes, and follow up the outcomes;
• Direct supervision of works on ongoing project;
• Take proactive action on management / administrative issues arising;
• Compile project time schedules and contractor’s payment schedules;
• Be familiar with modern construction and engineering materials, technologies and equipment;
• Collect and file cost information on various construction, engineering and specialist materials and equipment;

• Study contract structure;
• Follow up on contractual obligations, draft new contracts, negotiate with clients;
• Conduct tenders of main and sub-contracts and follow up with documentation;
• Negotiate with clients / contractors and other parties involved in projects execution on any issue;
• Prepare reports as required.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• 3 years of experience in the same field (office fit-out projects implemented);
• Good spoken and written English;
• Confident PC user;
• Analytical, communication, organizational, prioritizing & planning skills;
• Client and result oriented;
• Teamwork player;
• Self organized.
