What you’ll do:
Main responsibility on this position to own pre-sale/delivery/product teams in architectural domain.
Architectural analysis/scoping and solution design during pre-sale/sale/delivery/product roadmap activities including but not limited to RFI/FRQ/RFP/SOW stages.
Solution/Product roadmap development for customers and internal stakeholders in BSS/Billing/OSS domains;
Proposal preparations and execution for customer’s, partners and internal stakeholders using of industry trends and standards knowledge and common industry challenges coupled with Netсracker solution expertise;
Business Case preparation for business benefits and value proposition;
Proactively support management of the programs to reduce the time and cost of implementation, improve solution quality;
Supervise product/solution implementation and delivery;
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert of Netcracker products & solutions.
Drive Technical, Management and Executive Meetings
Gather and define technical and functional/non-functional requirements from customers

What we are looking for:
University degree in telecommunications or deep experience in telecom domain;
At least 5 years’ experience in Telco, SI or Software company in one or more of the following areas
Software development & sales support
Implementation of software products
Product lifecycle management
Deep understanding in one or more domains:
Virtualization and cloud technologies: KVM/OpenStack, VMWare, AWS, XaaS, VM/service lifecycle management, service catalogues, portals, etc.
Standards and solutions for BSS / OSS / Billing
Major industry standards: eTOM, SID, TAM, ITIL, ITU-T, 3GPP, TM Forum, ETSI, etc
IT and/or software development experience in one or more of the following areas: mission-critical applications, network management systems, Business Support Systems, Operations Support Systems, general large-scale system architecture, large-scale databases
Ability to create a guiding principles to make right Solution Architecture
Gathering and transforming business requirements and market needs into a successful Solution/Product strategy.
Experience presenting to executive leadership and handling sensitive customer situations.
Strong technical abilities to hold your own in debates with technical architects and engineers.
Knowledge of Solution Architecture methodologies;
Experience in delivery models and approaches (waterfall-based and agile-based)
Experienced in business benefits and value proposition preparations;
Experienced in creation of technical requirements, solution architecture, structure and volume of work, project schedule;
Knowledge of technologies of mobile and fixed networks: cable networks, transport networks, fix access networks, core switching, radio access network
Willingness to travel;
Fluent English;
Excellent communication, presentation and positioning skills
