Perform internal control procedures to ensure compliance of business processes with Company standards and efficiency of the resource utilization.

Analyze company end-to-end processes for adequacy and proper control procedures to address associated risks.

Conduct preparatory, analytical, and verification work as a part of routine internal control procedures and monitoring of key internal control indicators.

Conduct periodic reviews to protect and strengthen company organizational values, providing risk-based, objective opinions and recommendations, maintain continuous communication with stakeholders, resolve any issues and conflicts in due time.

Analyze opportunities for process optimization within the company, provide recommendations for improving efficiency and compliance with standards, recommend indicators for assessing financial and operational effectiveness.

Conduct compensatory control procedures, where applicable, and monitoring control activities.

Ensure the relevance of risk matrix and compliance documentation to internal Company standards and internal control monitoring indicators.

Conduct trainings to increase awareness of risks and ways to overcome them, behavior that ensures compliance with Company policies and standards.

At least two years of experience is required in internal control (preferably SOX), auditing with international auditing/accounting firm (e.g. Big4) or in an operational business unit as a specialist in large Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) corporation or of operational experience (e.g. leadership position in Finance, Controlling or any other Finance & Control position) in large FMCG corporation.

Completion of university program intended to result in certification (MSc) in Accounting, Auditing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, IT, Mathematics or Law;

Knowledge of financial reporting principles and basics of financial analysis, familiarity with the COSO framework.

Proficiency in English (written and oral).

Advanced level of MS Office proficiency.
