The main duity is daily archiving of export documents in SharePoint (by invoices), customs and transport documents, datamatrix files, broker and transport company accounts. If necessary, request missing documents from our brokerage companies. The employee works with the folowing reports:

• Working in Goal - receiving invoices, loading the VAT rate (ready report, Turkish resource) and filling out the report, then uploading the report to GOAL,
• Report - Delivery status (filled daily)
• Report - Import-cost (daily completion) Daily completion of a report on import costs in Excel, which displays the costs of invoices, customs clearance, brokerage and transport services
• Report - DEPO (daily completion) Daily completion of a report on order COMPLETION time in Excel, which shows the time of truck entry into the temporary storage warehouse, customs clearance time, time of truck departure from the temporary storage warehouse, time of truck arrival at the warehouse
• GTS Report - Daily filling of the GTS Import Overseas screen in a special web application, which displays data on the timing of customs clearance, arrival of the truck at the warehouse after customs clearance, the cost of customs clearance and brokerage/transport services, uploading supporting documents (customs declarations, invoices

We expect:

• Experince of minimum 6 months is Logistics and preferable in Import operations
• English at A2 level as minimum and the candidate shall be ready to improve to B2 level
• Solid knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook
