Logistics is one of the top 10 industries in the United States. The U.S. economy is the biggest and richest in the world, with an annual GDP of over 30 trillion dollars. Logistics plays a crucial role, bringing in over 2 trillion dollars each year. The need for logistics services is always there, making the industry stable and long-lasting.

At Phoenix Cargo, we hire candidates without prior experience and knowledge and provide them with comprehensive training, ensuring they acquire the skills necessary for the best job in the world. Importantly, we offer competitive compensation packages.

Upon joining Phoenix Cargo, you'll initially work in the customer service department for 5 to 6 months. During this period, you'll gain insight into logistics operations, customer service, and problem-solving during shipment transportation. You'll manage entire shipment processes and interact with representatives from major global companies such as Amazon, Ford, Honda, and Procter & Gamble. This exposure will enhance your communication skills and ability to handle various situations professionally.

Upon mastering customer service, you'll be eligible for promotion to the dispatcher role. As a dispatcher, you'll take on important duties, including managing the earnings of 10 drivers, communicating, negotiating, persuading, and managing people.

Over three years at Phoenix Cargo, you'll develop invaluable interpersonal skills such as customer service, negotiation, influence, persuasion, deal-making, and people management. These are highly valuable skills you need in life to succeed wherever you go and in anything you do.

In terms of financial benefits, you can expect to earn around $15,000 annually in your first year, which includes your six-month tenure in customer service and six months in dispatching. Subsequently, your earnings will increase to approximately $30,000 in the second year and $40,000 in the third year, with potential for further growth based on your experience and tenure at Phoenix Cargo.

The starting salary is a flat rate of $700 per month for the customer service position. You will earn $700 per month while performing customer service duties. Your salary remains unchanged until you become a dispatcher.

Once you transition into the dispatcher role and begin dispatching drivers, your compensation shifts from a flat salary to a commission-based structure. You will receive a commission based on a percentage of your drivers' monthly sales gross revenue.

For instance, during your first six months of dispatching, you can expect to earn approximately $1500, while an experienced dispatcher with one year of experience typically earns around $2500 per month. A dispatcher with two years of experience earns approximately $3000 per month.

Who can best fit in Phoenix Cargo?

  • Candidates must have graduated from any university.
  • $350 for final-year students (raising for $50 per month).
  • They must be proficient in communicating in English.
  • Physically capable of working from 5 PM to 3 AM.
  • Candidates must be punctual in attendance; otherwise, disciplinary action will be taken, and termination may follow.
  • They should possess a strong personality.
  • You are required to work exclusively for Phoenix Cargo. If we notice you working two jobs, you will be terminated immediately.

Dedication to this job and company is mandatory. We do not permit any outside projects that would require your attention.

Please be aware:
- Night shift hours are from 5 PM to 3 AM.
- This position requires working from the office.
