Sales manager (Web3 marketing agency)

Atm we're searching for a sales manager to grow our sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Selling PR, marketing and biz dev services for Web3/crypto startups

• Working both with cold and hot leads

• Communicating with leads in messengers, conducting video calls in English

• Cold outreach to targeted audiences in social media, messengers

• Maintaining customer data in CRM

• Communicating with other departments and product owners to provide the best solution for the leads to convert them into clients

Requirements:

• Fluent English is a must (C1-C2)

• At least 2-3 years of experience in international sales

• Experience in work in B2B (preferred)

• Experience in work in marketing agency (preferred)

• Quick learner with problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work in multitasking mode

What we offer:

• Fully remote job

• Competitive fixed salary of 90,000 RUB twice a month, plus a percentage from sales (could be additional 30,000 to 210,000 RUB on average, depending on your sales skills, how long you work and grow your customers base)
