We are looking for an experienced and energetic Scrum Master / Project Manager to manage our developers in an Agile team. The Scrum Master / Project Manager will play a key role in ensuring effective team collaboration, adherence to Scrum principles, and achievement of project goals.

About the project.

Our client is a financial organization in Middle East region, named by Global Finance in 2020 “Best Consumer Digital Bank” and “Most Innovative Digital Bank” in MENA.

Team Composition:

• Architect
• Systems Analyst
• 5 Java Developers
• 3 Quality Assurance Specialists
• DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Organizing and conducting daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Task prioritization and scope estimation.
• Assessment, decomposition, and triage of the tasks based on requirements.
• Validating requirements and communicating with clients to ensure alignment with expectations.
• Monitoring task deadlines and sprint goals achievement.
• Identifying and eliminating obstacles hindering the team's progress and processes.
• Ensuring readiness for deployment and supporting the team in achieving release readiness.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role.
• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum principles.
• Ability to work according to Agile methodologies.
• Technical background, particularly in integrations, is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving ability and conflict management skills.
• Fluent English.
• Experience to work on API implementation projects.
