Finance Controller

Firebird Tours is a travel company that organizes private and small group tours in Europe. We are now hiring for the position of Junior Finance Controller. This is your chance to join a vibrant international company that is organizing amazing journeys to Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Review and process invoices received from vendors or suppliers for goods or services rendered to the company;
• Ensure that payments to vendors are accurate and processed in a timely manner according to payment terms;
• Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, including resolving any billing discrepancies or issues;
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status, invoice details, and other payment-related matters;
• Provide documentation for accountants'/auditors' as per requests.

Requirements:

• College graduate;
• English level: Intermediate (B2);
• Understanding of financial and accounting principles;
• Intermediate Excel skills;
• Ability to accurately review and process large volumes of invoices and financial transactions with a high level of attention to detail;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with vendors, colleagues;
• Proficiency in analyzing financial data and identifying discrepancies or issues, as well as the ability to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies;
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion and maintain a high level of integrity and ethical standards;
• Willingness to adapt to changes in procedures, technology, or organizational structure, and the ability to quickly learn.
