Responsibilities:

• Credit portfolio and risk analysis, recommending corrective actions. Credit risk review, risk assessment reports.
• Measure risks and develop risk management policies. Ensure processes for reporting and managing risks are followed.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting of NPL and LLP.
• Participate in risk policies development, implementation, and calibration (provisioning methodology, credit risk, operational risk, anti-fraud, and others). Make sure that risk policies are followed.
• Assist in creation and implementation of the risk governance framework for operations level for each country.
• Decision-making process management. Implementation of risk strategies and score-models, their evaluation and monitoring. Integration with third party services (new data-sources).
• Liaison with members of international teams.
• Communicate to all risk issues to the relevant stakeholders (internal and external).

Required Experience and Skills:

• Higher Degree in Economics / Maths / IT in Maths education.
• Work experience in portfolio risk-management (banks, MFIs).
• Experience within large online/digital/fintech/e-commerce companies or banks would be a plus.
• Experienced user of Excel / SQL / PowerPoint / Power BI.
• Score modelling experience would be a plus (R / Python/ SS / SPSS / etc.).
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to deliver excellent results both working independently and as part of a team.
• Agile communication skills.
