Ostrovok.ru is a travel-tech company that creates platforms for online booking of hotels, air tickets and other services for both individual travelers and corporate clients and travel agencies. Our brands: Ostrovok.ru, B2B.Ostrovok.ru, Ostrovok.ru Komandirovki. We develop projects both in Russia and abroad.
We are looking for an HR Business Partner who will be responsible for the Marketing, Finance&Legal, HR, and Analytics teams.
Functional Responsibilities:

Organizational Management:
- Lead and manage organizational design and structure initiatives in alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to optimize team structures for maximum operational efficiency.

Workforce Planning:
- Strategize and implement workforce planning to ensure the acquisition and retention of appropriate talent.
- Accurately forecast staffing requirements in accordance with business expansion and goals.

Budgeting and Financial Oversight:
- Oversee the HR budgeting process, ensuring it is in sync with the broader organizational objectives.
- Regularly monitor, control, and report on HR budget execution and financial performance.

HR Metrics and Analytics:
- Establish, track, and evaluate key HR metrics to gauge the effectiveness of HR strategies and initiatives.
- Perform data analysis to derive insights for continuous improvement in HR processes.

Employee Retention Strategies:
- Develop and administer employee retention programs aimed at enhancing engagement and satisfaction.
- Systematically assess and address factors impacting employee retention, providing actionable solutions.

Compensation Management:
- Spearhead the formulation, execution, and administration of the company's compensation framework.
- Ensure alignment of compensation strategies with market trends and organizational objectives.
Required experience and skills:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner more than 2 years.
- Demonstrates experience in budgeting and financial control, HR analytics Focus on stakeholders management; readiness to work & adapt remotely.
- FMCG experience; International experience; working with Marketing&Finance as advantage.
- Strong skills in project management and change management.
- Must have an upper-intermediate level or higher in English.
- Demonstrates a readiness to take on challenges with an action-oriented approach.
