Are you a seasoned Email Marketing Manager with over 3 years of experience? We are seeking a skilled professional to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Crafting and executing effective email marketing campaigns.

• Using Intercom's outbound features for customer communication.

• Creating transactional, trigger, and branded custom emails.

• Demonstrated experience and interest in experimenting with upsell and retention communications.

• Ability to manage Messenger send outs effectively.

• Constant monitoring of functionality, СJM, funnel and other relevant metrics.

• Generating monthly and quarterly reports on effectiveness, including revenue.

• Analyzing, comparing, concluding, and hypothesizing based on data insights.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of proven experience as an Email Marketing Manager.

• Excellent writing and copywriting skills.

• Fluent written English (C1 preferably).

• Proficiency in Intercom for customer communication.

• Understanding of HTML, CSS, UX.
