The international green coffee exporting company is looking for a Head of Export Department.

The company is based in Colombia and specializes in growing and selling various types of coffee and cocoa.

Candidates with experience in exporting (not importing!) green coffee to countries such as Saudi Arabia, UAE, Syria, Qatar, and a deep understanding of the international coffee market are preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Export strategy development: Determining the strategy for entering the international market, including choosing target countries, product positioning, market research, and competitiveness analysis.

2. Finding new clients and partners: Actively seeking potential clients and partners in international markets to expand the customer base and increase sales volumes.

3. Negotiations and contract conclusion: Conducting negotiations with potential clients, closing contracts and agreements for wholesale coffee supplies.

4. Customer relationship management: Maintaining long-term relationships with clients, addressing issues as they arise, providing necessary information, and ensuring a high level of service.

5. Market and competitor analysis: Constant monitoring of changes in the coffee market, analysis of the competitive environment, identifying new trends and opportunities.

6. Pricing policy determination: Participating in setting prices for products on the global market, considering competitiveness and the company's strategy.

7. Logistics and supply control: Ensuring efficient logistics and product supply, including handling customs clearance and logistical infrastructure issues.

8. Reporting and results analysis: Preparation of sales reports, analysis of performance indicators, identification of problems, and development of recommendations for improving results.

Requirements:

Fluency in English for negotiations with foreign partners

Experience in Export and wholesale sales of green coffee (international market)

Knowledge of the global coffee market

International trade practices

Analytical and strategic thinking

CRM knowledge

Full-time employment

Experience in wholesale sales

Experience in international sales and work in Export/Import companies

Conditions:

Remote work, schedule to be discussed individually, official employment, mandatory bonuses payment upon achieving KPI goals.
