Role Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Manager with a hands-on approach to leadership. This individual will be responsible for leading a small team of 3 people and wearing multiple hats. While overseeing the sales strategy, KPIs, sprints, and metrics, the Sales Manager must also be actively involved in the sales process. The ideal candidate should be adept at managing day-to-day tasks, including reviewing scripts and outreach templates, overseeing lead correspondence, monitoring Account Executive’s calls, and providing feedback. Also, we are expecting the Sales Manager to lead by example and be ready to do outreach and calls themselves as well.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, including the development of new strategies and best practices for achieving sales success.

  • Design and implement sales processes and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the team.

  • Continuously analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvements.

  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

  • Collaborate with our recruitment team to identify new business opportunities and to achieve company objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

  • Understand industry-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

  • Demonstrate and teach effective sales techniques.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English.

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience (B2B, cold outbound sales, outreach via LinkedIn and emails, automation tools, hypotheses testing, etc.) in the English language.

  • Experience managing a small team and a hands-on mentality with a willingness to get involved in day-to-day sales operations.

  • A strong understanding of LinkedIn as a sales tool, various automation tools, and outreach sequences. Any additional expertise is a plus.

  • If you have experience in the outstaffing / outsourcing / recruitment field of sales, that will be your advantage.

  • If at least 2 years of your sales experience were in the US market, that will be your advantage.

  • Demonstrated ability to actively engage with clients and drive sales conversations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on sales performance metrics and company growth.

Working hours:

To make sure you can work with clients & the founder in the US and team members across LatAm and Europe, we’ll need you to be ready to have an approximate schedule of working from 8 am to 4 pm Eastern Time (you may check the time difference via the link). Overall, the hours can be flexible and you can manage your schedule to organize your work in the most efficient way, however, these hours are typically the most active in our team and we expect you to be available.

  • Fully remote work. You may be located in almost any country or city, as all of our team members are. Our team now consists of 9 people and we are located all over the world - US, Argentina, Brazil, Poland, Turkey, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and other countries.
