Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of technical game designers: developing plans and allocating workload efficiently among team members;

• Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of work results;

• Supporting production processes and integrating content seamlessly;

• Managing project configuration files, including setup and customization;

• Conceptualizing and technically implementing game design tasks within the project;

• Collaborating closely with Game Design, Art, and Development departments;

• Assigning tasks to programmers as needed and overseeing their execution;

• Planning project development and monitoring progress, particularly concerning technical game design aspects;

• Participating in the recruitment process to onboard new team members.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Lead Technical Game Designer;

• Experience with UE5 (Blueprints, UMG, ABP, BT);

• Understanding of software development cycle and testing fundamentals;

• Good communication skills.

• Strong gaming experience in mobile/PC products.

Would be a plus:

• Experience with aim assist, or other helper for a player

• Experience working with AI, behavioural pattern setting, senses.
