You’ll be responsible for:

  • Achieving brand sell-out targets though shopper-centric e-commerce strategies;
  • Ensuring the success of the online shopper path-to-purchase /consumer journey;
  • Creating and producing retailer-focused content for search, precision advertising and e-POS, as required with e-trade (e-com POS = banners, festivals, brand-zone, landing-pages, online diagnostic tools etc.);
  • Supporting the uploading content onto DAM and PIM services;
  • Work with brand and e-commerce teams to understand consumer needs and develop relevant content;
  • Working with e-trade to ensure gold standard execution on retailer site (search, visibility, quality of content, reviews etc);
  • Providing feedback and along with commercial and brand team approving the creative for e-retailers;
  • Discovering and utilizing the online shopper insights;
  • Leading e-assortment strategy (special launches, hero products, BOMS etc);
  • Developing and sharing and building on action plan based on feedback from shopper insight;
  • Data tagging for consumer performance on brand web sites;
  • Analysis the e-com content efficiency and online shopper behavior on e-com websites;
  • Deep analysis of different KPIs: ROI of brand e-com activations, promo, e-com share of business, etc.
  • Working in cross functional team.

Requirements
We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 3+ years of experience in Brand Marketing
  • Projects in Digital and E commerce will be an advantages
  • Clear understanding of promo materials production process and stages;
  • Able to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data, providing actions to drive customer retention and conversion;
  • Good understanding consumer journey in e-com and e-commerce UX;
  • Knowledge of digital content tools;
  • Successful cases of implementing content strategy;
  • Experience in project management, organizing production with exact deadlines;
  • Data driven and results oriented approach;
  • Upper Intermediate English.
