We are currently seeking a mid-level account manager to work on projects at our CGI marketing agency based in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

- Manage remote clients in CGI video production projects in English.

- Conduct client onboarding.

- Maintain daily communication with the client, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

- Receive feedback from clients on intermediate work results at each stage, relay the objectives to the production team, and then return to the client with the results.

- Oversee all stages of production and ensure the project is completed.

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience working as an account manager in an advertising agency with digital projects.

- Desirable experience with non-standard CGI, 3D, AR projects.

- Developed client communication skills and the ability to find the right strategy for interaction with different clients.

- English level: B2-C1.
