Who are we looking for?
We are looking for support heroes who are ready to help our customers in chats and by e-mails: from answering the questions about how the service works to solving technical problems. Our aim is to help clients without using automatic templates — we do believe that people are better than robots.
We expect you to:
- Have English level at B2 and higher. We have customers from all over the world.
- Be a confident PC User (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Have good communication skills. You are good at expressing your thoughts in a clear and structured way, both through text and speech.
- Not be intimidated by monotonous tasks and activities.
- Be result-oriented and responsible.
What we offer:
- Comfortable office, a two-minute walk from the Avtozavodskaya metro station.
- Hybrid work after the trial period that lasts 3 months.
- 2/2 work schedule, a 12-hour shift.
- You may choose between day shifts or night shifts - whichever is convenient for you.
- Starting salary is 50,000 rubles a month with the possibility to increase it to 65,000 rubles a month based on performance.
- Extensive training where you’ll learn new things and important soft skills.
- The ability to practice language with native speakers within the company.
