Planning Specialist

Tasks:

• Leading the planning process by taking inputs from other departments and integrating them into all stages of planning.
• Translating sales inputs into demand and supply forecasts.
• To support the NPL (new products launch) process from the planning side.
• Analyzing the accuracy of demand forecasts and production adherence to plans monthly.
• To prepare, discuss, and validate the production plan on a weekly/monthly basis with the Operations team.
• To control resources and capacity limits and efficiently split the product portfolio between local and global production.
• To perform ABC-XYZ analysis and calculate safety coefficients for the pull inventory management system.
• Supporting the S&OP process and methodology within the country.
• To participate in the S&OP meetings and facilitate the demand and supply planning stages of this strategic process.
• Develop and implement SOPs (standart operation procedures) according to business requirements.
• To monitor obsolete and slow-moving SKUs and provide NPI (non-performing inventories) control.
• Prepare and provide demand forecasts for global production.
• Align the S&OP process in the country with the Global Operations team.

Your Profile:

- Relevant experience of 2+ years, preferably in international companies
- Fluent English
- Higher education
- Knowledge of 1C ERP
- Advanced excel
- Knowledge of BI as an advantage
