Role summary:

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will develop, implement and monitor long-term digital marketing campaigns and short-term advertising techniques across digital platforms. In this role, you will be tasked with increasing clients' brand awareness, driving traffic to the company's website, and generating leads with the agency's best and most creative team and state-of-the-art marketing tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Development and implementation of promotion strategies in a digital environment.
  • Working with various digital marketing tools, including but not limited to: Yandex. Direct, Facebook + Instagram Ads, Google AdWords, LinkedIn, Twitter Ads, SEO and SEM and etc.
  • Ability to work with promotion tools with the following marketplaces: Amazon, Noon, Wildberries, Ozon
  • Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and optimization of promotion strategies.
  • Ability to work with Google Analytics and other analytical systems to track campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • In-depth analysis of the client’s market and niche to identify key trends and opportunities.
  • Preparing estimates and budgets for advertising campaigns, analyzing their profitability.

Requirements:

  • Working experience in digital marketing and promotion field, preferably with large clients.
  • Previous working experience in media agencies will be an advantage.
  • It is important to us that the candidate should ideally be able to run any of the following campaigns:
    1. Social networks – Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, twitter
    2. Search – google
    3. DV 360
    4. In app
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools (Yandex. Direct, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Deep practice knowledge with marketplaces and their internal tools
  • Strong skills in creating presentations and communicating ideas and strategies..
  • High level of English language proficiency.
