Internal Audit Manager (temporary contract)

Responsibilities:

1) Perform an audit of Company’s authorized dealers and Company’s business units

· Create or update audit program for each audited business unit

· Assess reliability and integrity of financial and operational information, effectiveness and efficiency of operations and internal control environment, safeguarding of assets and compliance with laws, regulations and contracts

· Collect and analyze audit evidence, draw conclusions on its basis

· Perform quarterly risk assessment based on interviews with Company management, analysis of financial and operational information and other information from internal and external sources

· Develop recommendations to management of the audited business unit to enable them to improve the level of management and internal controls of their operations and initiate changes (if necessary)

· Draft audit report in the form of presentation

2) Description and testing of control procedures in the company's business processes (SOX):

· Conducting a review of the internal control system and preparing recommendations to improve its effectiveness

3) Improve the compliance of the internal control system with the requirements of the Federal Tax Service of Russia:

· Testing the effectiveness of control procedures, disclosed to tax authorities.

· Annual support of the internal control system reporting in an up-to-date and effective state.

Requirements:

• At least five years of experience in internal audit, risk management or financial and/or operational control.
• Knowledge and understanding of the requirements of COSO ERM, SOX
• Experience in the process of introduction and further support and update of formalized risk-management and internal control system.
• CIA, ACCA, CIMA certificates are considered as advantage.
• Fluent English (verbal & written).
