Senior Project Manager (Remote Position)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Senior Project Manager specifically for SMM campaigns to join our dynamic team in the USA remotely and oversee our team of project managers. This role requires strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and the ability to ensure the successful delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the manager and production department to understand project requirements and timelines, managing SMM production for businesses across various industries, including: services, e-commerce, IT products, etc.

• Allocate tasks effectively among production team members based on their skills, availability, and workload capacity.

• Provide clear instructions and expectations for each assigned task, ensuring understanding and alignment with project goals.

• Monitor task progress and provide support or guidance as needed to ensure timely completion.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to promote efficiency and productivity.

• Regularly review task distribution to identify potential bottlenecks or resource constraints and make adjustments as necessary.
  
  Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

• Have experience working with task managers and knowledge of basic project management methodologies (Agile, Kanban, etc.).

• Ability to plan the SMM Production activities for several months in advance, follow deadlines, and effectively manage executors, with high organizational skills.

• Experience in Social Media Marketing (SMM) will be an advantage.

• Demonstrate proactive thinking, understanding tasks, objectives, and goals, and why they are set.

• Advanced level proficiency in English.

• Strong communication and PR skills.

• Experience working in IT companies or marketing agencies is preferred.

• Desire to advance beyond the Project Manager role and manage a team of PMs.
