- Product Knowledge: Gaining in-depth knowledge of the products, including their applications, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Customer Interaction: Engaging with customers to understand their requirements, provide product information, and address any concerns.
- Sales Presentations: Demonstrating and presenting products to potential customers, highlighting their advantages and unique selling points.
- Negotiation: Discussing pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Order Processing: Managing the paperwork and processes involved in completing sales transactions.
- Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Technical Support: Providing technical assistance and support to customers regarding product usage and troubleshooting.
- Follow-Up: Keeping in touch with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Reporting: Keeping records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards sales targets.
- Higher education;
