LeverX is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with a proven track record in the outsourcing industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to promote LeverX services, tailor solutions to client needs, and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within target markets;
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships;
  • Manage and nurture inbound leads, converting interest into qualified opportunities;
  • Proactively generate outbound leads through research, outreach, and networking;
  • Develop customized proposals and lead negotiations through to contract closure;
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and delivery teams to align client needs with company capabilities;
  • Track and manage leads, deals, and activities using CRM tools;
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of business development experience in an outsourcing company;
  • Strong understanding of outsourcing services and sales cycles;
  • Familiarity with CRM usage and tracking; experience with HubSpot is preferred;
  • Proven ability to work with both inbound and outbound lead generation strategies;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required;
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
