Head of PR Department

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement PR strategy: create and execute long-term plans to increase brand awareness and strengthen the company’s reputation.

• Media relations: establish and maintain partnerships with local and international media; prepare press releases; organize media briefings and press conferences.

• Corporate communications management: design and launch internal communication initiatives, ensuring transparent and efficient communication between employees and leadership.

• Crisis communications: manage reputational risks, develop and execute crisis response strategies.

• Digital PR: grow the company’s presence across digital and social media channels; manage content and online reputation.

• Event management: plan and deliver PR campaigns, public events, and initiatives aimed at reinforcing a positive public image of the company.

• Government and partner relations: represent the company’s interests and engage with key stakeholders and government entities.

• Team leadership: oversee the PR team as well as the General Administration Office and Call Center.

Requirements:

• Higher education in PR, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a PR leadership role, preferably in an international company.

• Strong knowledge of modern PR tools, strategies, and corporate communications practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English (Uzbek language proficiency is a plus).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment under tight deadlines.

• Proven experience in crisis communications and successful reputation management cases.
