The Role:

Labor Law & Compliance: Serve as the primary in-house expert on all labor law issues. This includes optimizing HR processes, reviewing employment documentation, and representing the company during labor inspections, communications with state authorities, and related disputes.

Contracts & Agreements: Draft, review, and negotiate a broad spectrum of commercial and corporate contracts to protect the company's interests and ensure compliance.

Template & Policy Development: Create, maintain, and enforce a library of standardized legal templates (contracts, official letters, etc.). Develop and revise internal company policies, orders, and procedural guidelines.

Dispute Resolution: Provide full-cycle legal support for commercial litigation, including preparing legal positions, claims, court submissions, and representing the company in court hearings and enforcement proceedings.

Business Partnership: Offer timely and practical legal advice to various business units on ad-hoc requests, supporting day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives
The Candidate:

A minimum of 5 years of qualified legal experience gained in a top-tier law firm and/or within the legal department of an international corporation

Deep and proven expertise in Russian Civil Law, Labor Law

A track record of successfully managing labor disputes, inspections, and regulatory communications is highly desirable.

Fluent English (upper-intermediate level or above in both written and spoken communication) is mandatory.

Excellent networking and communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively manage relationships with external legal counsel.

Advanced proficiency in MS Office and legal databases (e.g., ConsultantPlus, Guarant).
