Job responsibilities :

  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between customer and company.
  • Sales plan (sell-in and sell-out) fulfillment
  • NPL: new product launch development in border of customer (TM, Instore) and actual implementation
  • Trade spend management on the most effective way
  • Negotiating contracts with customer and establishing a timeline of performance
  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company.
  • Project development to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling.
  • Doing collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment with customer (annual, monthly sales plan).
  • Weekly PSI management (sell-in, sell-out, inventory, WOS)
  • Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client.

Requirements:

  • Work experience of at least 3 years in the sales department;
  • The e-com direction is mandatory (WB, OZON, Yandex, Citilink);
  • Knowledge of English is mandatory;
  • Knowledge of the specifics of working with Internet sites is mandatory (1P+3P);
  • Higher economic/marketing education as an advantage;
  • Ability to negotiate and make decisions;
  • Analytical mindset and creative approach;
  • The ability to work for results. Real cases (as an advantage);
  • Knowledge of the specifics of the electronics market as an advantage.
