VASTECO Holding – an international company with a 30-year history, uniting two core business areas:
- Distribution of basic and specialized industrial chemical products, including ingredients for the food industry.
- Production of BIO products, primarily in the segment of dietary and functional nutrition: confectionery items, soluble beverages NEKOFE, ghee, and more.

Responsibilities:

1. Creation and development of new businesses and business lines (60–70% of time)
- Identification and validation of new market niches and business models.
- Launching 2–4 new product/business lines per year (from concept to first sales).
- End-to-end management: hypothesis – MVP – pilot – scaling.
- Direct leadership of key pilot projects.
- Acquisition of a minority stake in successfully launched new businesses.

2. Strategic planning of Company activities
- Development and annual updating of the Company’s 3–5 year strategy.
- Formation of the product portfolio and roadmaps for existing and new business lines.
- Strategic positioning of the Company and its brands.

3. Innovation and R&D management
- Oversight of the R&D unit (raw materials for the food industry, biotechnology, functional food products, and their production inputs).
- Determination of priority technological directions.
- Organization of pilot testing and market introduction of new technologies.

4. Management and team leadership
- Direct and functional leadership of Company divisions related to Marketing.
- Overall leadership of the Strategy, Analytics, and New Businesses unit (collectively 10–15 people).

5. Financial efficiency
- Personal accountability for ROI of all new initiatives and R&D projects.
- The share of revenue from new businesses, as defined by the Company’s Strategy, is a key KPI.

Requirements:

Mandatory:
- 7+ years of experience in creating and launching new businesses/products from scratch (with documented cases of revenue/profit figures).
- Proven experience of successfully launching at least 2–3 products to market with revenue exceeding 500 million RUB.
- Deep understanding of unit economics, financial modeling, and venture metrics.
- Experience managing projects with large budgets.
- Successful track record of working in partnership with owners and within corporate ventures.
- Strong expertise in strategic marketing and its practical implementation.

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in biotechnology, food industry, innovation, and/or new materials.
- Experience managing R&D projects.
- MBA degree.
- English language proficiency – C1–C2 level.
