About the Company

We are a team focused on developing automated trading systems (ATS) for the Forex market. Our mission is to build strong international teams of traders, analysts, quants, and developers capable of creating and testing high-performance trading algorithms.

As we enter an active growth phase, we are looking for an HR Manager primarily responsible for sourcing top talent worldwide and forming new trading teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. International Talent Acquisition (Core Function — ~80% of the role)

  • Build strong pipelines of traders, analytics, risk-managers and ATS developers from international markets.

  • Search and attract candidates from India, China, Russia, CIS, etc.,

  • Use international platforms and recruiting agencies.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment independently:

    • market research

    • sourcing

    • screening

    • interviews

    • job offers

  • Create and maintain a global talent database.

1. Building teams of traders and ATS developers
  • Develop recruitment strategy for trading, analytics, development, and risk-management positions.

  • Conduct international talent sourcing: Russia, CIS, China, India, Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe.

  • Establish a full hiring lifecycle: job profiles, interviews, assessment tools, testing.

  • Create and maintain a talent pipeline and candidate reserve.

2. Light HR Function (Secondary — ~20%)

(Minimal involvement; no deep HR bureaucracy required)

  • Basic onboarding and initial adaptation of new employees.

  • Light qualification assessment (matching skill level with project needs).

  • Minimal support of motivation processes and communication.

  • Basic employer brand representation:

    • posting vacancies

    • keeping company pages updated

    • clear communication style for candidates

These HR functions are important but not the core of the role.

What You Will Build from Scratch

  • A global recruitment system for finding talent internationally.

  • A structure for growing international trading teams.

  • Simple onboarding and evaluation processes tailored to a fast-scaling environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of HR or recruitment experience, including independently filling complex roles.

  • Mandatory experience in IT recruitment; experience hiring traders or financial professionals is a strong advantage.

  • Ability to work independently as the only HR specialist.

  • Understanding of trading, financial markets, or readiness to learn quickly.

  • Mandatory English — Intermediate+, other languages (Chinese, Hindi) are a plus.

  • Strong sourcing skills, proactive approach.
