Visa Tier is a leading UK advisory company specializing in high-value immigration and investment solutions across top global destinations. We work across high-demand destinations including the UK, EU, USA, Canada, and the Caribbean.

We’re looking for ambitious Telesales professionals excited to join a growing, international-minded company — with the freedom to work remotely or from the UK office.

Responsibilities:

  • Make daily outbound calls to warm leads using our CRM and UK corporate phone line.
  • Achieve daily KPIs, including call attempts, connection rates, and booked Zoom meetings.
  • Use provided scripts to conduct short qualification conversations.
  • Overcome objections confidently and guide prospects toward scheduling a meeting.
  • Maintain accurate notes and follow-up tasks in the CRM.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of telesales experience (high-ticket experience preferred).
  • Clear and fluent English; strong communication and soft-skills.
  • Proven ability to meet daily targets and work in a structured environment.
  • Experience working with international companies and CRM systems.
  • Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication style.
  • Professional, disciplined, and motivated to exceed performance goals.
