Finance manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, tax reports)

• Submit reports to local authorities and HQ in Thailand

• Monitor cash flow, budget, and costs

• Conduct financial forecasts and analysis

• Track KPIs and provide financial insights

• Manage accounting in 1C (required), work with SAP (training provided)

• Coordinate with finance team in Thailand

• Support audits and internal controls

• Supervise one accountant

Candidate Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in finance/accounting

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)

• Languages:

  • Uzbek – fluent

  • Russian – upper intermediate

  • English – intermediate

• Strong knowledge of 1C (3+ years)

• Experience with financial reporting, taxes, budgeting

• SAP experience is a plus
