Johnson & Johnson Vision is looking for a strong marketing professional to develop and implement marketing strategy for the Surgical Vision.

In this role a person:

  • Develops long & short-term product strategies and forecasting to achieve volume and market share targets for the portfolio
  • Elaborates long & short-term strategy aiming market/segment development in terms of components of growth: frequency of product usage, HCPs professional skills, etc.
  • Develops market vision (data collection and analysis) for the brand on a local basis and translates global/regional activities where applicable. Performs market intelligence and competitive analysis.
  • Sets up resource’s allocation for effective strategy implementation, sets up KPIs and monitores plan to ensure follow up within the boundaries of the managed product group.
  • Manages optimized product portfolio, specifies market requirements for current and future product launches & by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
  • Develops promotional activities and necessary tools in accordance with the product strategy.
  • Together with Professional affairs department develops framework for KOLs & HCPs Professional Education and elaborates necessary criteria and KPIs to follow up effectiveness of education.
  • Provides transfer of product knowledge & expertise to the sales team as well as to external partners and customers, conducting product trainings.
  • Supports product registration from product knowledge prospective.

Requirements for the position:

  • 5+ years experience in marketing (medical equipment or devices, Rx pharma);
