In this role you will:
- Manage supplier relationships across different ingredient categories, negotiate contracts, ensuring cost efficiency, quality and reliability.

Initiate and lead sourcing projects to expand/optimize our ingredients portfolio, supporting business growth and securing sustainable operations.

Monitor and improve supplier performance and service level in collaboration with various departments - planning, quality, logistic, operations etc.

Identify cost saving opportunities, lead projects and manage implementation. Contribute to finished product R&P calculation, support innovations.

Mitigate risks, keep stakeholders updated, constantly collaborate with most of the departments within the Business Unit.

Higher education (in the specialty: Economics, Business, Supply Chain Management or other relevant)

Ability to work in 1C, OrSoft, SAP (desirable)

3+ years of relevant experience in procurement, category management, operations or business development.

Proven experience in managing relationships with local and international suppliers, implementing cost saving initiatives, negotiating contracts.

Strong analytical skills - you make quick data-driven decisions and influence improvement of internal processes.

English - Upper intermediate, you will communicate directly with regional and global teams.
