Junior Tech Specialist

We are looking for a Junior Tech Specialist to work 5/2 from 12:00 to 21:00 Almaty time. The role is office-based and involves written communication.

In this role, you’ll:

• Acquire an in-depth understanding of our product and implement diverse operational strategies to boost client efficiency.
• Educate clients on new features and integrate technologies into their workflows.
• Support customers through messaging apps, identify issues, and direct them to the right departments.
• After gaining a thorough understanding of the product, deliver high-quality web-based demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Conduct training sessions and online presentations for clients in English, ensuring they understand product features and best practices.
• Create clear, engaging materials that support and accelerate customer acquisition.

Qualifications:

• Educational background in a technical field and the skill to study and understand technical materials, such as API documentation.
• Demonstrated expertise in providing customer assistance and support.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certifications such as CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate).
• Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Basic development skills for automating routine tasks.
