Responsibilities:

Project on brand knowledge building: Gastroguide project, working cross-functionally with the HoReCa department and the Central Marketing team to ensure proper implementation and execution of the project.

Website project: Adapt and localize websites and digital platforms for Central Asian markets.

Away From Home (AFH) special projects (e.g., HORECA, E-com) in collaboration with regional and local teams. Manage full-cycle content localization for POSM, and BTL campaigns

Social Media: Adapt and localize global social media materials for the region, ensuring cultural and market relevance.

Work with bloggers/KOLs: selection, briefing, activation, and performance tracking.

Claims localization: adaptation and alignment of product claims and communication messages with local market legal regulations, cultural context, and consumer perception

Contract & Process Management: Support preparation, review, and alignment of contracts with internal stakeholders (marketing, finance, legal, procurement), track approval workflows and ensure timely sign-off, control over proper documentation and compliance

Tenders & Agency Selection: Coordinate tender processes and agency evaluations, collect proposals, compare offers, and prepare recommendations, ensure agency onboarding follows corporate procedures.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
Strong understanding of digital marketing basics, consumer behavior, and brand fundamentals.

Language proficiency: English - Upper-Intermediate, Kazakh - Intermediate

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG, HoReCa, E-commerce, or a digital/creative agency.
Hands-on experience in executing marketing projects: SMM, KOL/influencers, BTL activations, or HoReCa initiatives.
Experience working with external partners: agencies, bloggers/KOLs, production teams, designers.

Knowledge of software: Microsoft Office

Specific Knowledge & Skills: Proactive mindset, high attention to detail, fast learner, strong communication skills, structured and organized, creative thinking, resilient and stress-resistant, team player, positive attitude, curiosity and initiative

Digital marketing basics, social media management (IG/TikTok), influencer/KOL coordination, content localization, understanding of brand guidelines, basic knowledge of claims and local legal regulations, project management skills, ability to run tenders and compare agency proposals

readiness to coordinate with cross-functional teams across time zones, strong cultural awareness of Central Asian markets (KZ, UZ, KG, AZ, TJ) and Georgian office
