Managerial Accountant

We are looking for a Managerial Accountant to support our finance function across daily operations, multi-entity accounting workflows, and month-end closing activities.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, structured with solid hands-on experience in accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

This role involves working closely with internal teams to maintain accurate financial records, ensure timely crypto/fiat reconciliations, support automation initiatives, and contribute to the preparation of financial statements.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising of accounting records.
• Crypto/fiat reconciliations.
• Monitor inventory levels, intangible assets (incl Crypto) and assist in the management of stock depreciation.
• Participation in month-end and year-end closing processes (BS, PL).
• Implementation and maintenance of accounting software for several entities.
• Double entries posting: initial entry of incoming balances, bank statements, accounts payable/receivable, accruals, intangible assets amortization, crypto assets transactions accounting.
• Supervising accounting records.
• Double entries and intercompany transactions reconciliation.
• Participation in financial statements preparation.
• Participation in automation tools for various processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree or professional certifications (ACCA/CPA) will be considered a strong advantage.
• 3+ years of experience in Finance, preferably within holding structures, Fintech, payment systems, or SaaS companies.
• Familiarity with IFRS standards is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with accounting systems such as QuickBooks and Xero; experience with blockchain or crypto accounting tools is a plus.
• Proven hands-on experience in preparing financial statements.
• Practical involvement in audit procedures and collaboration with auditors.
• A basic understanding of tax regulations across multiple jurisdictions (EU, UK, UAE, BVI) will be an advantage.
