System Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Managing cloud infrastructure, including migration, deployment, and server support (AWS).
• Automating tasks using scripts, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Configuring and managing backup and disaster recovery systems.
• Ensuring security, responding to incidents, and managing access in cloud and virtual environments.
• Setting up and maintaining virtual machines, managing VMware resources, and high availability (HA).
• Monitoring and troubleshooting network issues, configuring load balancing and fault-tolerant solutions.
• Developing and implementing best practices for data storage management, SAN, and RAID.
• Supporting users and collaborating with teams, including explaining technical concepts.
• Optimizing server performance and resolving performance-related issues.
• Keeping up with new technologies, participating in training and certification programs.

Must-haves:

• Experience as a System Operations Reliability Engineer for 3+ years.
• Expertise in Linux, including OS, Ubuntu, Oracle Linux, Redhat, and CentOS.
• Strong experience with Ansible for 3-5 years.
• Strong experience in Terraform for 4-5 years.
• Experience with AWS Cloud for 3-4 years.
• Expertise in virtualization.
• Experience managing large virtualization systems with 200+ VMs.
• Understanding the SAN and Storage technologies including underlying fabric.
• Expertise in networking.
• Expertise in hardware, including server and storage management.
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.

Nice-to-Have:

• Extensive experience with Google Cloud.
