DevOps Engineer

At Pushwoosh, we build an omnichannel marketing platform that helps businesses engage with their customers through push notificatoms, emails, in-apps and other channels. We build tools to orchestrate campaigns, use advanced segmentation, and meaningful analytics.
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on automation. You will be responsible for infrastructure stability and implementing innovative solutions. A core function is the effective utilization of AI to optimize workflows, accelerate problem-solving, and increase the overall efficiency of system administration and DevOps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Linux-based servers;
• Management and support of containerized infrastructure using Docker;
• Developing and implementing automation strategies for SysAdmin and DevOps tasks using scripting and IaC;
• Applying AI tools for diagnostics, monitoring, and solution generation;
• Monitoring system performance, security, and availability;
• Contributing to the planning and deployment of new architectural solutions;

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience with Docker (deployment, management, optimization);
• Key Skill: Ability to effectively use AI tools and approaches for troubleshooting, automation, and code generation within the scope of system administration/DevOps;
• Solid understanding of Linux operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting;
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Ansible and Terraform;
• Good knowledge of scripting (Bash or Python) for task automation on a UNIX or Linux platform;
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools (Prometheus, Zabbix, or similar);
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM, or similar);
