Manage GIS projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies

Support and enhance GIS applications (bug fixes, features, map updates)

Oversee GIS infrastructure performance and security

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

Participate in governance and change management processes
Requirements:

Proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS Suite

Experience with spatial data management tools

Experience developing web and mobile GIS applications

Strong communication and coordination skills

Project management experience
Languages: Kazakh, Russian, English (Upper-Intermediate)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, GIS, or related field
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
