Responsibilities:
- Research and search for new partners across the MENA region
- Initial contact and negotiations
- Presentation of the company’s offers
- Handover of active leads to account managers for further management
- Maintaining a leads database and recording all communications
- Weekly reporting on completed work
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing / sales / business development.
- Proven experience in searching for and attracting partners in the MENA region.
- Nice to have: background in iGaming / betting / casino.
Hard Skills:
- Confident use of Telegram / VK / Instagram and other local traffic sources.
- Google Sheets / Excel (maintaining partner databases, reporting, tracking leads and tasks).
Knowledge:
- Research and outreach of affiliates (channels, chats, communities, forums).
- Basic performance metrics: FTD, CR, ROI.
- Cold outreach skills and ability to generate partner interest.
- Understanding of local specifics: where to find traffic and which GEOs are most “hot.”
Languages:
- Local language of the target country - required.
- Russian - an advantage.
Soft Skills:
- Proactivity and drive (constant search for new contacts).
- Strong communication skills, ability to establish first contact easily.
- Persistence (ability to handle rejections and cold leads).
- Multitasking and adaptability.
- Fast learner with a hands-on attitude.
