EduTechSolution is a Belarus-based software development company founded in 2019 and a resident of the High-Tech Park. We develop digital platforms, web and backend solutions, and scalable information systems, combining strong EdTech product expertise with solid experience in custom and outsourced software development for international and local clients. Our teams work on projects in EdTech, FinTech, enterprise IT systems, and digital services and platforms, delivering complex, high-load solutions. We focus on engineering quality, sustainable growth, and long-term collaboration with our people.

We’re expanding our sales team and searching for a top-performing, resourceful Sales Manager who thrives on challenges, builds long-term client relationships, and consistently goes the extra mile. If you’re passionate about closing high-value deals and making a measurable impact – we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities
  • Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, closing, onboarding, accounting
  • Build and nurture long-term, mutually beneficial client relationships
  • Сollaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Develop customised proposals and presentations
  • Maintain accurate sales records and activities within the CRM system
  • Engage on social networks to share insights and generate demand

Requirements:

You must have:

  • B2+ level spoken and written English
  • 2+ years of proven IT services sales experience
  • Strong technical understanding and solution-oriented mindset
  • Track record of successful deals and a result-driven approach
  • Cross-cultural communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Additional language skills (German, Arabic, or others)
  • Procurement experience
