Business Analyst

We are planning to expand our team in the near future and are looking for a talented Business Analyst in our IT Developments team.

Responsibilities:

• Marketplaces and 3rd party tools new functionality research and analysis;
• Communication with specialists within the company to gather and elicit their needs both for the development of new IT solutions and for enhancement of the existing ones;
• Investigation of 3rd party API/EDI Specifications for precise integration specifications writing, including mappings creation;
• Investigation of how business processes look like, what tools are involved in them and what are their technical requirements;
• Description of the different use cases for each process;
• New logic and tools requirements designing;
• Contribute to the design and development of in-house tools and services tailored to business needs;
• Solutions evaluation, tools and processes modeling and prototyping;
• Specifications writing, including formalization, visualization and documentation of requirements;
• Coordination of requirements and design solution with users;
• Provide assistance and support during the IT solution development and QA stages, including requirements testing and activation of interaction between users and the development team.

Preferred Experience:

• 2 years experience in Business Analysis or System Analysis;
• Excellent specifications writing and communication skills;
• Ability to translate business needs into clear business specifications and functional requirements;
• Good knowledge of any ERP System (preferably NetSuite; SAP, 1C or other ERP/CRM systems are also acceptable);
• Experience in such domains as supply chain, multi-channel, and accounting flows is an advantage;
• Good knowledge of UML and BPMN;
• Basic knowledge of MySQL;
• Ability to learn quickly, self-teach when required, and effectively seek out resources and information as needed;
• Ability to manage timelines and deliver multiple projects simultaneously;
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause identification skills;
• Fluent English.
