Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting and IFRS Disclosures
- Prepare periodic (monthly, quarterly, annual) financial statements in accordance with IFRS and the Fund’s internal accounting, reporting and other relevant policies.
- Prepare and maintain IFRS-compliant disclosures and notes, including those related to financial instruments, leases, provisions, fair value measurements, and other relevant accounting areas.
- Maintain reporting templates, schedules, and standard working papers; ensure consistency, traceability, and appropriate sign-offs for all reported figures.
- Ensure that reported information is supported by reconciled balances, appropriate documentation, and clear audit trails.
- Prepare inputs on financial results and disclosures for Board, Management Committee, and the Fund’s other stakeholders.

- Management Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting, Analytics and Stakeholder Support
- Prepare periodic management reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytical summaries supporting internal decision-making and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate data collection across departments, verify accuracy, reconcile variances, and challenge anomalies where appropriate.
- Support annual budget preparation and periodic forecasting by coordinating departmental inputs, validating assumptions, consolidating submissions, and preparing supporting schedules.
- Develop and maintain budget-versus-actual reports, forecasts, cash-flow analyses and monitor budget execution by tracking commitments and expenditures, investigating variances with budget owners, and escalating potential overruns to ensure timely corrective actions and budget reallocations.
- Maintain budget structures (cost centers, budget lines, mapping to GL accounts) and ensure alignment between budget, actuals, and management reporting package.
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests from finance management and other stakeholders, providing clear explanations on financial results, trends, and drivers.
- Act as a reporting point-of-contact for internal stakeholders requiring financial information, data extracts, or analysis, while ensuring appropriate confidentiality and data governance.
- Support the preparation of periodic financial and statistical information required by international partners, regulators and, where applicable, rating agencies, and other counterparties.

- Audit, Compliance and Controls
- Support interim and year-end external audit processes by preparing schedules, responding to auditor queries, and maintaining audit evidence.
- Ensure all reporting processes adhere to internal policies and procedures, IFRS principles, and external audit expectations.
- Perform GL-to-source reconciliations and ensure alignment of reported financial data with accounting records and treasury/operations inputs.
- Identify data inconsistencies and initiate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders, maintaining clear documentation of issues and resolutions.
- Uphold segregation of duties, four-eyes checks, review controls, and reporting governance frameworks.
- Retain audit trails, reconciliations, supporting documentation, and version-controlled working papers in accordance with internal control requirements.

Assist in preparing and updating procedures, internal notes, memos, and submissions for review.
- Systems, Tools and Process Improvements
- Work with ERP/TMS/BI and IT teams to enhance reporting capabilities, automate data flows, and strengthen reporting infrastructure.
- Contribute to the design, testing, and implementation of new reporting modules, templates, and dashboards (e.g., in ERP, TMS, or BI tools).
- Support integration of investment, treasury, operational, and administrative data into consolidated reporting views and dashboards, ensuring consistency of definitions and metrics.
- Maintain documentation of reporting processes, data flows, and system interfaces to support knowledge transfer and continuity.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce manual interventions, and mitigate reporting and operational risks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (required).
- Relevant professional certifications such as ACCA/CPA/FMVA (full or part-qualified) are an asset.
- IFRS courses, advanced financial reporting certifications, or BI/data analytics coursework are desirable.
- 4–6 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, audit, or similar roles (preferably in IFI/DFI, MDB, financial institution, or international organization).
- Practical experience in preparing IFRS financial statements and disclosures.
- Exposure to ERP/TMS integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kyriba, Logo) and business intelligence/reporting tools is desirable.
- Experience coordinating with external auditors is considered as an asset.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting standards, and accounting processes.
- Robust analytical abilities with strong attention to detail, documentation discipline, and data integrity.
- Advanced Excel and other MS Office proficiency; strong literacy in BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Ability to work with complex datasets and multi-source data inputs.
- High integrity, accuracy, and problem-solving ability under time pressure.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to proactively identify improvements in reporting processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Excellent command of the English language. Knowledge of a Turkic language or other languages relevant to the Fund’s region is an advantage.
