Tour Manager in Uzbekistan

ARARA LLC is looking for a tour operations manager.

Job purpose

Tour operations manager should be responsible for:

• Preparation of tour programs and budgets;

• Communication with incoming tour managers;

• The operations of already confirmed tours;

• To be in charge of communication with partners in 4 Central Asia countries;

• To be in charge of communication with local partners in Uzbekistan (hotels/restaurants/ museums/transport companies) for reservations.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Tourism;

• Work experience in tourism sphere is preferable;

• Excellent communication skills;

• Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills;

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office, Word and Excel;

• Ability to work in a team;

• Ability to meet the deadlines;

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all necessary steps are being taken from the inquiry and execution of the tour;

• Act as a contact person between the office and the field partners (hotels, restaurants, museums, transportation, etc.);

• Handle feedback and complaint in a professional manner.
