SOS Children’s Villages of Uzbekistan is an affiliated member Association of international non-governmental organisation (www.sos-childrensvillages.org). The main mission is to support children left without parental care or at risk of losing parental care through advocating for child rights and implementing relevant programs and projects. The Association works in Tashkent, Samarkand and Khorezm regions (www.sos-kd.uz ).

Main role and mission

Under the direct supervision of Human Resources Manager is responsible of all proccesses in HR cycle, ensuring centralized implementation of processes of SOS Children’s villages International HR standards, policies and procedures in the Association in full alignments with Uzbek legislation.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Participation in all processes of the HR-cycle of the organization;
  • Responsible for the development, coordination, control and evaluation of HR work within the Member Association;
  • Ensures the implementation, review, adaptation, follow-up and further development of all standards, guidelines, systems and processes related to HR areas based on the HR cycle;
  • Ensures that all HR standards, process related to child care professionals are implemented;
  • Participation in the Job Family development, ensures the implementation of compensation and benefits system and yearly review;
  • Responsible for personnel administration and correctness of all employee documentation.

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, Law, Economics, Psychology or a similar field related to Human Resources;
    • Minimum 3-5 years working experience in the field of HR;
    • Good knowledge of local labour law;
    • Experience in the field of Human Resources Development (especially in staff engagement&retention, trainings, recruitment, performance management and etc.);
    • Good command of English, Russian and Uzbek;
    • Good knowledge and experience in using software 1C (8.3).
