Description

Build and operate real-time data pipelines and execution systems for live crypto trading across centralized and decentralized venues. If you build fast systems, care about security, and move quickly, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

• Ingest real-time market and on-chain data streams
• Build low-latency execution for perps, prediction markets, DeFi
• Work with blockchain infra, APIs, WebSockets, and contracts
• Implement safe, hierarchical key management for hot wallets
• Maintain databases and cloud systems
• Productionize strategies with researchers
• Use LLMs and AI tools to ship faster
• Improve performance, monitoring, and reliability.

We expect you to have

• Experience in building low‑latency / real‑time / high‑throughput systems or comparable infra experience
• Production experience in Python + Rust. ML + AI + Statistics for research/automation. Understanding of crypto finance (fair pricing, perpetual futures, market making, arbitrage)
• Hands‑on integration with exchange APIs (CEX orderbooks, FIX) and/or blockchain RPC/WebSocket and contract calls.
• Practical experience with containers and orchestration (Docker + Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible).
• Experience building data pipelines and working with time‑series / columnar stores (ClickHouse, Parquet, TimescaleDB, kdb+).
• Familiarity with secure key management: KMS, HSM, multisig patterns and auditable workflows.
• Proven track record setting up monitoring/alerting, incident response and postmortem culture.
• Understanding of trading mechanics: margin, leverage, slippage, partial fills, order lifecycle and liquidity considerations.
• The specific ai tool is cursor - you must be willing to use cursor to speed up your code output. If you prefer to write code without AI assistance, then it is not a good fit for us.

Terms of employment will be

• Based in Dubai, but can work remotely. Full time, remote but with mandatory periods of working from Dubai
• We will pay for periodic visits / work from Dubai. This will be a necessary part of working with us
• The salary range and payment terms are wide, as skill levels vary. The final salary level is discussed with the final candidate.
• 2 interview - personal + technical with a test task. 2 week process
• Mandatory knowledge of English (B2 - B1).
